Know what a MSD cam synch sensor switch looks like?

Do you care?

The little piece is threaded and screws into the top of the oil pump drive in the billet plug where my distributor once resided. It's magnetized with the magnetic areas in the openings 180° across from each other. It spins in the cap which captures the cam signal (at TDC) and transmits it to the TEC3. ;)

Ken , does it just send a signal directly to a brain or or is there something you can adjust or what ? Can the brain make adjustments ? Pretty cool stuff! Cliff

Just the signal Cliff. You can move the billet housing around some, much as you would to "phase" a rotor to the terminals in a normal distributor, but it really doesn't do much. ;)
