It looks like GM may end up "following or getting out of the way". I hope the bowtie boys (and girls) are getting C7 ready. If Mopar brings this to market C6/Z06 will seem like a Miata in comparison.

Its 850 horses concerns me more than its good(?) looks. If this car come to production anywhere near it show car specs it will eat everyone's lunch.

This car looks like a mix of C6 Corvette, Ford GT(40), Vauxhall VX220, and a Chrysler crossfire (silly lines on hood).

I don't care if the thing goes from 0-100 in .02 seconds man. I don't care if it tops out at 290 Mph either! If it looks horrbile doing it then whoopity-doo! I have to admit, it doesn't look that bad. Kinda reminds me of the Saleen S7 and McLaren F1. If they do make this, it will blow EVERYONE away, Italians included. And if the price comes in even under $200K, that's still a lot of bang-for-the-buck.

I think it's high time GM quit screwing around and put the Cien or something like it into production.
