Leaking Gas

A year ago, I replaced the gas tank in my 1975 Corvette due to leaking gasoline. I thought my problems were over, but the new tank (after-market) has started to leak in the same way the old one did when the tank is three quarters full. The gas drips down over the passenger side muffler. Could the gasket which seals the top plate to the tank be faulty or should I look at other possible causes?

Did you replace all the old gaskets when you replaced the tank, or did you just reinstall them on the new tank?

I did not do the work myself, but i will find out the answer from the people who did the work.
