I tore into/moved/unbolted a bunch of stuff to get at the clutch master cyl & do a batt service.

Cleaned degreased washed etc.

Put it all back & runs great EXCEPT the lights under the hood, the ones everybody wants out anyway, are now DEAD.

Any suggestions?

Thanks!

PS driver side rear engine area is clean enough to eat off.

Nothing in that area, save for cutting a wire, should affect the hood lights. Now, if you were in the left front corner, where the connectors are... :confused

_ken :w

There is a fuse in the driver's front area under the hood, follow the write to find it if you don't see it

As stated, there is an in-line fuse for those lights in the driver's side portion of the engine compartment toward the nose of the car. It may just be that the fuse blew out. Because I show my car, I have intentionally removed mine.

Never mind. The mechanic who worked on my car last week unplugged them both & forgot to reconnect.

Thanks anyway!

In the learning curve.
