Local restoration services - near Brea, CA

I recently purchased 1958 and 1963 corvettes which are both in need of restoration. I would like to get your opinions on some of the best shops for restoration services near Brea, CA, 92821, which is located in northern Orange County in southern California. I’d prefer good quality at a “reasonable” price if that is possible for corvette services.
The particular services that I need are as follows –
- fiberglass repair
- media blasting
- painting
- engine rebuilding
- fuelie parts & rebuilding
- corvette parts - local store if possible, rather than mail order
- general restoration services
- any other services that I will probably need?
- someone nearby with an original 58 or 63 that would be willing to let me take pics of for comparison
