Help! Looking for advice on front brake lines

I need to change the front crossover brake line on a C3 (1981) with A/C. Looking at getting a pre-bent steel line from Ecklers. Is this a big job? :confused Looking at the passenger side not sure how I'm goin to fit this around the control arm. Does the line just slide in from the front without taking the rad hose out...

Any experience out there would be greatly appreciated.

I changed mine out, but I had the radiator and engine out. It was no problem with both of them out, but I would expect it will be harder with everything on the car.

Thanks, I imagine it's a piece of cake with the engine out.

I'm sure somebody must of attempted changing the front crossover brake line connecting to the front right caliper with the car all dressed up. I more concern getting up and around the front right control arm with the pre-bent line. I wonder how the check giving to the 3/8 hex nut (end of line) will pass all the way through?

I hope somebody can tell me it's doable before I start taking it appart...
