Looking for C3 Buyers Guide

Hello all,

Some time ago while surfing I came along a site that had a Buyers Guide for C3s. The author was a vette driver who had experience in the insurance industry and a written a book outlining what to look for specify for the C3. I was wondering if any one could direct me to his site........
