Help! Looking for wheels...any suggestions?

I love the chrome wheels I have on my '99 now, but I'm wanting to expand my horizons. I would like to put a set of black wheels on her, but I have a few stipulations. The only ones I have found that are close are the 946EXT models offered by West Coast Corvettes, and they are a bit more than I would like to spend (nearly $4200). The Cray Scorpions have a similar look, but the lip is machined, and not polished or chrome.
I would like;
1. 19x9 or 9.5"/20x10.5 or 11" config
2. 5 spoke (star) design
3. Black center
4. Chrome or polished outer rim/lip (deeper the better)
5. I'd like to be in the $3000 range

Any suggestions?

What about the Iforged Astra or Trials? Not sure about the cost of them are though.

HRE 547's or 545's probably out of your price range.
