Local dealer reportedly got $105k for their first Z06 - goofy, just plain goofy that someone would pay that much!


Any Z06's being delivered in your areas??

when was it delivered? have not heard anything from GM that deliveries were authorized again? NO ORDERS are being taken right now either.

FYI - there is a problem with the half-shafts and they were correcting before shipping

I have seen evidence of at least two cars having been delivered.

I stopped by my local dealership today and they had taken delivery of 2 2006 cars but no Z06s yet. Kind-of surprising for one of the top five Corvette dealers in the universe.

They did have a large number of Vettes on the lot, though. A Velocity Yellow 'vert with a cashmere interior and beige power top, Z51, 6-speed, Nav, XM, etc. (basically loaded) really caught my fancy. . .

Was at a local dealership today, was told they expect delivery in 2 weeks on a black Z06, apparently from another dealers allotment (?!). Are considering offers @ $10k over MSRP.
