Loose Body panel on 1975

The left front quarter panel has come loose near the back of the front wheel well on my 1975 coupe. How would I go about rebonding it to the body frame? Where are the bonding points located in this area? What epoxy works best. This in turn, I believe has caused cracks in the fiberglass where the rocker panel attaches. Again What type of epoxy works best. Thanks in advance!
