low oil light

help!!!


Has anyone had this or know what to do ? I have a 92 Lt1 that on cold starts the low oil light comes on and won`t go out unless I shut it off and restart then its fine . The oil is changed every 3,000 miles mobil one and when I check the oil its fine. Please help I don`t want to take out the bulb but I don`t like the light on and don`t want to keep shuting it off and restarting it on cold starts.

try posting in the 1992 forum. I have a 1977, which is alot different than your vette.
