My rear end seems to be higher thanthe front.

I'm happy with where the front sits and the springs are new.

So I'd like to lower the rear but does anyone know how this can be achieved.

I think I currently have an 8 leaf.

Thanks

Short of replacing the rear spring with one that provides the correct ride height with the stock end link bolts, you can use longer spring end link bolts with Nylok nuts to adjust the rear ride height - Vette Brakes & Products has them.

Thanks John

Not so easy to get parts here.

Is it something that could be made or would Ecklers sell them would you know?

I think Eckler's probably has them - they're usually called "8-inch" link bolts (the stock ones are about 6"). They MUST be Grade 8 bolts.

This is a 1979 we did last October but the long bolts look like this.
