Take a L-88 (427).....bump it to 454c.i. - voila! LS-7. That was the plan anyway before legislation and the first gas crisis got in the way.

As stated above LS7 was never produced, but it did make the Chevrolet sales literature for 1970. It was advertised as 460hp.
How about some LS-7 details for you C3 guys?
