HI there,
Well, this is a very open ended question.
Here is why, the balancing weights that are in the flywheel, and front balancer will not be needed in the automatic flexplate that you will have to bolt up.
You may have a vibration issue with this type of setup, unless the internal rotational assembly is internally balanced prior to this mod.
4L60-E will bolt up correctly.
