lt1 lifters and injectors

anyone have a good provider for these that arnt very expensive, cause the gm replacement ones from the cheverlet dealership are quite expensive. also should the injectors even be replaced when rebuildin the engine?

Do a Google search for Five O Motorsports. They are a huge injector dealer, they do a lot of sales online and have a good reputation in the Corvette community.

Lifters-- you can get a full set of 16 lifters plus a few other goodies in a special kit from GM for $200. Call Chris @ Superior Chevy in Kansas. If that's not cheap enough for you--then I don't know. Don't use CompR's. Morel are supposed to be good but pricey.

Injectors--if you can't find a good used set of OEM's, you can get Ford Motorsports Injectors from Summit. The 24#'s are a little big for the stock LT1 but you could have it tuned. Also, LS1 injectors from SLP can be had for $100 and can be used with a little modification, I forget the details.
