it would really make me happy if I could put a LT4 cam in my 1986 corvette, but it would really suck if I got my LT4 cam and found out that it wouldn't work.
now I know that I'm going to have to convert to roller lifters and roller rockers, but my main concern is whether I'll be able to use my current distributor with the cam(because some LT1's had the distributor plug into the end of the cam). and also please let me know if there's something I'm overlooking.
Background: I'm trying to gain some horsepower without getting a noticable lope at idle. that's why I'm thinking of the LT4 cam.
