I would imagine it would depend on how hard of life the engine has lived. Most corvette motors can take some abuse, but some drivers can overabuse their cars. It should be easy to tell how the car was driven though.
The LT1 engine, which is the base for the LT4, was engineered with some cool high tech goodies. The reverse flow cooling does a great job of eliminating thermal shock for the heads. The intake manifold was made without any water jackets which was a regular source of anti-freeze leaks for all the previous years of the small block. The engine uses hydraulic engine mounts which eliminates quite a bit of shake, rattle and roll. Vibration is an enemy of accessories and the life of accessories has to be figured into the equation, too. The optispark (even tho a lot of bad things are written about it) enables the timing of this engine to be accurate up to +/- 1 degree. That makes for a smoother running and quieter running engine. All of theses things add up to the durability of the engine. The LT4, IMHO, gets an A+. 150k - 200k with regular maintenance.
Save the Wave!
I would say at least 200k miles, my CE has 111k miles on it now.
I hope it last for the life of the car ,but if it dies I'm upgrading to a 383 stroker LOL
