LT4 LT4 Test Mule in Corvette Fever

Just got my latest issue of Corvette Fever (September issue). There’s an interesting article on a 1995 LT4 test mule. It’s an Admiral Blue ’95 that was used for testing the ’96 LT4 engine. The ’95 has the rear fender flares and Grand Sport embroidery on the seats. I noticed that the “Grand Sport” embroidery is all on one line. It’s not the stacked “Grand Sport” embroidery that was used in final production. I suppose somewhere along the line a change was made to stack the type. The article mentions that this car is now part of the National Corvette Museum’s collection.
