I just bought the 96 (LT4) a few months ago. During that time it has been in the shop getting oil leaks fixed. Friends were hounding me saying "that Chevys are oil burners and asking why I wasn't driving the new vette, knowing it was in the shop, etc......" Since it came out of the shop:
I had to pick one friend up in another state when his vehicle broke down. OUTCOME = BELIEVER!! :BOW
He flys out Tuesday to pick up a 96 polo green LT4 in DFW.
Took another friend for a ride yesterday, after some major tire smoking. OUTCOME = BELIEVER :BOW
Now I have to look for another for him.
I think Chevy should pay me, although they are used cars, I am promoting Corvettes, it is costing me major RUBBER and some time investigating cars. Saw post on resell and how our cars are going down in price, the people I have given rides to would trade thier first born for an LT4. The next car for my personal collection is a Grand Sport, i'm just waiting for the owner to buy a newer one.

Way to go Wamp. Keep up the good work. Guy
