I recall you taking pics of a 91 Callaway that was owned by a tennis pro - saw this magazine and was wondering if you had anything to do with the article??

Yeah Chris

I wrote that article and at the time never thought I'd own a Callaway myself! That car was about 2 years old at the time.

Hope there aren't any inaccuracies if you experts read it ;) I did a lot of research at the time but there was no internet over here at the time :( . Had to find info where I could.

P.s.

Where'd you find that magazine in the US? I have a copy or two but I won't part with them!

Wow Malc, You are published :cool That mag. is for sale in the UK, I have not seen it, you should scan the issue you wrote and put it on your homepages :upthumbs

Good deal, I knew I remembered seeing that pic before :m

From what I remember that was published late 93, about September I think. I also wrote an article for the same magazine on a 1967 TriPower 427 vette and a 1971 455HO Trans Am (my car!)

A couple of years ago I submitted an article on a beatiful 1966 Milano Maroon 327 4-speed Corvette hardtop coupe to C*rvette F*ver and I thought that was going to be the start of something.

They confirnmed receipt of my article + photos but after a while I wasn't getting answers to my emails. I strongly suspect they lost my material because I never heard anything or even got it back :cry

This was before I was using digital so I sent original transparencies - damn! Now I'd just send a CD and make copies - easy.

I also wrote an article on Callaway Twin Turbo compared to ZR1 last year but it was rejected by a magazine. Could always try another magazine I guess.

I'll look for the articles and see if I can scan them.
