Map Light

I just discovered that a lot of 76 models came with the UF1Map Light
Does any one know where this would be located, I would love to see if I have one?

I think what you are referrring to is the light in bottom of the rear view mirror. My car had one, but was so corroded and deteriorated it was not serviceable so I replaced the entire mirror assembley with one from a 96 Lumina. Great working map lights, and you can even wire it so they turn on when the doors open. The original equipment stuff for the vette is extremely expensive and the Lumina mirror cost me $10 at the salvage yard. go ahead and say it "Bubba was here.", but it looks great and works terrific for me.

Well I dont have a light there so I guess not wiring either could be a future project.
