Memory on Outside Mirrors

I have a problem with memory with the outsde mirrors. After following the owners manual to set mirrors, seats, t-wheel, etc. The mirrors are the only ones that will not respond to the memory or they move to privious set positions.

Did you set everything first and them program it into the memory. You might need to try a couple of times as it doesn't always take the first time. To test it out you should program two different settings for each memory button and see if it is working properly. let us know what happens. Good luck.
