Missing

I have a 94' LT1 Coupe 6-speed, I just had a new fuel filter and new spark plugs installed about 2 weeks ago, but I notice that when I leave from a dead stop I kinda feel a missing or hesitation is there anything else I should look at that might be causing this?
And actually even while I'm just driving along I notice a slight missing.......

If it was not missing before the filter/plug replacement, I'd suspect a spark plug wire was broken during the initial removal. If you had new wires put in as well, forget what I just said.

You also said those parts were replaced 2 weeks ago. Did you notice this new symptom right away or did it gradually develop over the last 2 weeks? Maybe a plug wire was stressed but not fully broken and vibration eventually killed it.
