I am in need for rear tires on my 2003 corvette convertible and would like some information about mixing brands of tires. The front tires are ok and do not need to be replaced at this time. All the tires are EMT Goodyear F1. I have read some good things about the Michelin Pilot series and also the Goodyear Eagle F1 GS-D3 series both in runflats. The GS-D3 is alot cheaper and wonder if it will give me the performance and wear like the originals tires. Also, I would like to have a quieter tire than the EMT Goodyear F1's. I have 17,500 on the tires now.
