I got the body completely off the frame and onto the body cart. I managed to do this by myself - whew.

I built the body cart from the design provided in the Noland Adams body lift workbook.

For being 41+ years old... your frame looks really good I always like seeing the older frames after clean up and paint or powder coat.. the frame is almost a pretty as the skin :dance
