More progress photos in Chapter 18...

Chapter 18 has new photos on the lower half of the page.

October 14th is the day when we perform a "test-fit" body drop. Following that, we'll lift it off again for painting.

Thanks. Yes, I am getting excited as it gets closer to looking like a car again. The driveshaft conversion will be done by Tuesday or Wednesday (T-400 slip yoke to fit the Richmond 5-speed). I'm close to sorting out which Hurst shifter and stick to use (thanks RichsCorvettes). I've got another very large ZIP order on its way.....should be here by mid-week.

Time to get serious about the engine. Let's talk.

The stick that you mention in your other post is available from many of the vette parts suppliers. I got mine from Rik's a number of years ago......it's great. I do not beleive that it is available from Hurst. (sorry, don't know the shifter part number)

I am ready to talk engines as soon as you want.......it will be a blast. Just think BIG
