I'm sure most have you have seen these, but in case you haven't... This is car 34! and a commuter took these in traffic in Warren, Mi...

That side vent looks like a very large opening. My bet is that they have the exhausts open through holes in a screen, because those mufflers are ugly.

Great pictures. Are those wheels new??

Looks like this guy did the same thing that the NM guys did. Earlier today he had posted 10 or 12 shots. I linked to the best 3 shots. Now all are gone. You would think I would learn by now and copy them my hard drive. Oh well, glad some of you got to see them.

I think those are the same wheels but the light is better so you can see them more clear than in the Dunne shots.

Although I haven't seen the other photos your discussing..thanks for these three..

I think the hoodline looks lower in these photos...thats always a big plus for sightlines..

The side cove up front ...I believe will be a square edged thin black area..similiar in concept to the RX8...but done better..(IMO)

Thanks again for taking the time to post these..

Unless the photos where taken inside a GM plant I dont see why any pics would be removed from any web site? The car is in public view and the photos were taken in plain view-so whats the problem?

You ever wonder... if you weren't a Corvette buff like we all are and saw something like this on the road... You'd probably be like, "WTF is that thing!!!":L

Good catch Longtimer. I saw these on CF. The first rear shot shows some interesting things going on under the camo. Looks like there might be some sculpting back there. These photos also show the wheels and the exhaust pretty good. :beer

look where the door handles are, definately not conventional, but also an easy change

good photos.....I really like the way the front fenders look.I hope there are round brake lights under that cammo.I just wish more people around there carried cameras. Is there a chance that a radio station out there would ask listeners to carry a camera just in case they spotted these beauties?

This is wierd. I was up very late Sat night and checked out CAC and the Pics were "X"ed. They must be tied to his computer and he had turned it off???? Oh well, they are back. I thought perhaps he had sold them to a rag and removed them as did the guys who shot the NM black car.

Yes I "borrowed" them from CF. I assume that not everyone has the time to cruise looking for this stuff and wanted to share them here. Hope that doesn't break any ineternet etiquette.

You might be right about the sculpting, but I think there's still way too much cammo to know for sure. There is definately something going on with the CHMbrakelight. It looks like it almost swings up in the middle something like the new Z4.

The wheels look much "Flatter" than some of the earlier attractive guesses. Wheels are an easy change and I put no stock in what I see there yet.

The Exhaust is a problem. They went to great lenghths in the C4 and C5 to hide a much of the mufflers as possible. Marketing feedback had told them that the consumer thought that the C3 simi-exposed spare & mufflers made it look cheap and unfinished.
IMO the C6 mufflers will NOT we seen as they are here. Block them off and the heat will melt or distort the endura prematurely.
Solutions:
1. In-the-pipe mufflers like a motor cylcle. Maybe the best solution, but not likely or they would be testing them now.
2. A set of sculped exaust tips so large that they obscure the mufflers. Probably need to be too big and too ugly, and look too much like the Boxter.
3 A screen of some type covering the opening with tips sticking through. Might not be ugly. Screens are "in" right now.

Thanks for the MORAY pix JIMXO. Though I've seen it before, I've never seen so many details. I bet the hood's power bulge is close to the production look. Up close, that's a pretty nice design, but the top is just too show, not practicle.

im really likein that black concept, especially from the aerial shot...
