:D

It just keeps getting better and better.

Headlights both open and close almost in perfect time with each other.

I replaced the "witches hat" in the wiper door actuator and now the door works perfectly.

i had a popping in the right side exhaust at idle.

i noticed that the heat riser wasnt hooked up anymore so it always stayed closed.
once i wired it open i let it idle for 15 minutes and no popping yet.

god its such a great feeling to work on the car and actually accomplish something.

Don't worry, something else will go wrong to work on. Always fun to figure the problems out on these cars.

ahhhh a glass half emty guy huh:eyerole... but you are right

damn it all to hell i should have kept my mouth shut hahahaha.

so i decided to try my luck and install my transgo shift kit.
i drive the car to my inlaws car lift.
drop boiling fluid on my sandal clad foot.
didnt realize that my shift kit didnt have the 2-3 acumaltor pin that the video talks about until i punch out the one time use pin, fire the spring across the room, AND forget where the 6th check ball goes because the video says to only use 5 and then realize i am screwed.

damn damn damn

its ok though i guess, i found a fully assembled valve body with the 2-3 acumaltor already installed on ebay for about 20 bucks,

i should have stuck with nonworking wiper doors

How did you get your headlights to open at the same time?

My passenger side opens before the driver's side even starts.

Good Luck With your Transmission!!

i just started at the manifold and started checking every single hose, canister and actuator.

the seal on the wiper door had a huge hole in it so i was losing a lot of vacuum right there.

then there was a line cracked going to the headlights.

Usually there is a hose or seal leaking vacuum to cause the problems, just check over everything and hope BUBBA wasn't there first.
