Black would look just as good on a car like that. Those are awesome pics of an awesome car.

ya all know that welding aluminum is very tricky. That's why they mention riveting, mig and laser welding. I hope they got it right. With all this torque they will find out pretty soon if it's gonna break. Pushing the displacement in the small block envelop will also be an interesting thing to watch. They won't be boring these babies out much will they? Hey GM...how 'bout a set of those big rotors on my C6 as an option? Or the upgraded muffler? Pretty soon the aftermarket will start selling "Z06 clone packages " Yup, but there won't be any faking the performance of this beast. Anyone know if base '06 specs/options will be released with the "official" Z06 release? So how do you say "fastest American muscle car ever built? easy: C6 Z06 (don't forget the C6 part ) I cannot possibly afford one but it will be interesting to watch the jet pilots who can. They should have the G meter read straight line accel. as well as side G force.
