My friend has all the luck

A guy has owed my friend money over the past few years. Two weeks ago, he offered my friend a 1963 vette as compensation. My buddy called me to get my opinion. I asked what comdition it was in, what engine, about the numbers, etc. The car hasnt run in 15 years. Needs a total restoration. But the numbers do match. The engine is a fuelly!!!! Oh, did I mention the amount owed? $5000. HE lives next store so at least I can work on it.
