Mystery Carb

A mystery has surfaced in my garage. While looking in the attic for my roofing paper (another LONG story) I found a box with a nice new carb. It's a remanufactured Rochester Q-Jet in a box called Acti-Flo Carb. Stock No. C158. The serial number on the carb body is:
17057204
1527 AYN

I don't remember if I bought this when I had my '72 or if it came with the '81 I currently have. Can anyone help me here?

Great web site, thanks!! Funny though, I've never owned a 77 Chevy. I wonder how many other engines it will work on? I'd love to have a spare in case mine goes bad.
