Hey,

One of my little nephews decided to throw screws all over the drive way now I have a screw stuck in one of my tires and its slowly leaking.

CAn I get it repaired because it has lots of thread left or do I have to buy a whole new one.

I think you will still be able to use the screw...;LOL But you will have to get the tire plugged or patched from the inside...patch is better. As for the nephew...get a new one... :L

Almost all leaks are repairable. The patch is much better over a plug. Good luck.

Wipeout.... as long as the screw did not penetrate the sidewall you should be good to go. Get the tire removed from the rim and patch from the inside.

-an EZ-Fix...

-so that he will be more dilligent about picking-up stray screws & nails, --once you have managed to demount the tire from the wheel, have your nephew vigerously sandpaper the 3-inch circular-area around the puncture for you, then apply some GOOP (brand name) urethane-sealant to that spot and let it air-dry for 20-minutes before reinstalling the tire up to normal-pressure. This will constitute a permanent durable repair of the tire which will not noticably effect tire-balance. Sorry you've had to undergo this pesky inconvenience, your tire-life should not be adversely effected but your nephew's should...
