[FONT=arial, helvetica, sans-serif]Today the team is removing portions of the concrete floor overhang to prepare for stabilization of the sinkhole walls. [/FONT]

Once this is completed, they will begin removing the dirt and rubble from the sinkhole till they reach the next Corvette for extraction.

Thanks for the update, wish I could make it to the bash again this year but it looks like it not going to happen.

I was planning to go to the bash this year as well as having registered for the Caravan for the 20th, but decided to forgo the bash and sent the NCM the money I would have spent getting to and from the bash instead. They need contributions as the insurance will not cover all of the sink hole expenses.
