i have a 1977corvette
last year i rebuilt my steering cilender and control valve i centered the valve the way it said to in the instructions. with the front wheels in the air and moter not running i can turn full left and right . when i start the car i can turn full left but only about half right. i thought i maybe screwed up the valve so i bought a new valve, cilender, p/s pump and all new hoses. i installed as per info that came with the parts. centered the valve, and bleed by turning full left to right with moter off 10 or more times also tride with moter running. still can turn stop to stop with moter off but running will not go full right. any ideas thanks
