I am incorporating C5 front and rear suspension into this build. (55 Chevy) I am trying to incorporate it without the transaxle. Hence the dimension request. What I need is the dimension from axle stub to axle stub without CV joints at the trans axle. Any drawings or actual dimensions will be a great help. Many thanks.

Surely someone out there has their C5 down or has a spare transaxle that can answer this - PLEASE!

It sounds like a fascinating concept but I'm a C3 kinda guy. I wonder if GMJunkie might have what you need? I will send him a note and enquire...

You may be able to get what you need from these. ;shrug
It's not going to have axle measurement. Just the ball joint positions!
Sorry the sheet is about 4 times bigger than my scanner,Hope this helps!

In the interim, if anyone ellse has any dims that might help, please let me know. I have a 1969 Camaro for a client that wants a C5 chassi built also, So now, I have a 55 and a Camaro to build. Gonna be busy!
