NEED HELP "CODE" 1416 Auxilary Emission Control

Can someone tell me what I should do with this code? Ive gotten it twice now within the past month, The car drives flawless except for that "check engine light". Thank god my cousin has one of those diagnostic tools because you cant shut that stupid light off with-out it.. Thus, being forced to possibly bring it in to the Dealership for service, or possibly buy one of those programmers. Any help would be appreciated, Thanks.

P1416 - AIR System Bank 2
Here is the troubleshooting info for that code (bank 2 = passenger side). The reference to MIL is the Check Engine light.
