need help on cobra gas cap parts

i am in the process of removing the tank, i came across a web site on a person by the name of dave,( http://davesrollingthunder.com/rt/rolling thunder/lemans cap/gascap.htm) he shows pics, of this installation, but no part numbers, i am not sure what the trim ring is for or what size lemans filler.. if anyone done this before let me know of some sites you can get this filler neck so far the best price i found was 165.00
