Need help with a Hurst Shifter for 80

I just had mt Hurst Shifter installed by a local garage; If I had access to a lift I would have installed it my self. The shop did a good job installing it, but it seams tha 3 rd gear stop needs adjusting. My question is can I access the adjusting bold from the top inside the car or does it have to be done under the car? I don't trust the shop to remove the console with out breaking it. If it can be done from the top inside the car I will do it my self. I hope someone can give me the answer !!!!

Underneath. Take her back to the shop. I'm suprised they didn't test it.
