i am doing a frame off restoration of a 66 big block convertible.
i have owned the car for 25 years.
the problem is when i purchased it the z bar and vin tag were missing.
i have photos of the vin number on the frame and there are no problems.
is there some where i can purchase a new vin tag and clear it with california dmv?
