Need old door hinge instructions

OK, i know its been said lots of time but please one more time, I have the new door hinge pin and the tool so whats the secert to installing them?

Install the bushings on the inner hinge(body side),bottom in from the bottom and top in from the top.Put the outer hinge(door side) over the inner lining up all 4 holes.Drive the pin in from the top.If the upper hinge is still on the car you may have to drive the new pin in from the bottom.Not the best way but it works.

You might have troubles taking the top pin out. Often, as you pop it up, it will not clear the fender. This is especially true with tight bushings.

A trick you might need to try is to grind the top cap of the pin. It looks like an "O" originally. Grind one side so it looks like a "D".

The flat spot might clear the fender. Chuck
