Getting car here

Don't have time to get it.Wouldn't trust weather, main pass in Colorado,I-70 been closed twice already.I think dealer should help in shipping?

let's get this straight - you ordered the car through Kerbeck? is this correct? so, you did everything throught the mail, telephone, etc. and YOU didn't indicate to Kerbeck you wanted the car shipped to a dealer in Colorado? that is what sounds like happened to me! or did you indicate to Kerbeck to ship to a dealer in Colorado and they screwed the order up when they placed it?

I told them to ship it Turner chevy in Montrose Colorado, gave them the dealer #And who to talk to.Dave Salvatore said that Allied picked car up to soon and did'nt see change in shipping bill of lading, that,s why the got it instead of the dealer 50 miles from my home.

This sure sounds like Kerbeck should have it shipped for you. Kerbeck is one of the best and if you stick to your guns they should have it shipped to the dealer in CO. I sure wouldn't pay for it if I were you.

I don't see where this is YOUR problem...They are selling YOU (the customer) a product, it is their responsibility to get the product to you...remember the destination charges they added on...YOU are the destination...Dealers trade cars all the time, tell them to get it to you...don't get over anxious...I know its tough...don't let them push you around.

It's somebody's Screw up Besides You!! Make them Get it to ya!! It's there Problem and Expense!! I'm a dealer and if this happen on my Turf I'd be Screwed!! :upthumbs junk!!

Gotta tell ya, I would have gotten upset and done all I could to make them get it to me. However, after about 48 hours I would have paid a very reliable shipping company to bring it. I wouldn't be able to wait! Would debate with them afterwards to get reimbursed but would have to get that car to me. What color did you get?

Shipping Problem

Black with black&red interior,I feel I got the short end of the deal.I'm calling them toworrow to see what they can do for me.Dave Salvatore has been great help.I don't blame them, I blame Allied GM's shipping arm.I found that getting made really does'nt do any good in the long run.I'd like to thank everybody for the input. Can't hardly wait to get car.
