Need some advice re: spare tire

I came across and Trans Am spare that will fit a corvette. My concern is that the OD is 22 1/4 inches, my rear tire is a 315/35ZR17. If I had to use this spare due to a tire failure, would that cause a problem with the differential? I realize that the space saver spares are not designed for high speed long distance driving and I would only use as absolutely necessary.

Any advice would be appreciated.

Stock C4 tires are around 26" tall.
I suspect you might have a problem with the ABS as one tire will be turning more revs than the rest
