Okay, I'm torquing up my flywheel, and it keeps turning, so I can't torque it to spec. How can I keep the flywheel still? What do I need to do?

Thanks!

Stick the blade of a big flat screwdriver in one of the teeth of the flywheel and turn the flywheel until it wedges against something.

edit: if need be...put a bolt into one of the bell housing holes and use that as the wedge point.

Well, it turned out that I just put a screwdriver in one of the flywheel holes. It worked perfectly. It caught on the block, and didn't turn the flywheel. So, now that's torqued up, the pressure plate and clutch disc is on, and I'm ready to re-assemble!! :D

Hmmm...I'm pretty sure I got it right. The one end fit snug right into the pressure plate. If I was wrong, I'm sure I would have felt it when torquing.
