Nerf bars or bumperetts....

Anybody seen any aftermarket nerf bars or bumperettes that might protect my new glass nose and tailfeathers? I drive my Black Beauty year round... handles great on the ice and snow here in Alaska just as long as you don't get heavy on the gas...

Welcome CaptainSam . I'm afraid I haven't seen exactly what you are looking for. The only thing I can think of for the front off the top of my head would be some kind of front car bra. There are pros and cons to doing this however. For instance... the rest of your car fades as it is in the sun but what is covered does not. So as long as you keep it covered forever it doesn't matter, but if you want to take it off, the color may be off a little. Then again, how much sun do you really get that far north :W? Good suggestions...

I already have a bra for the car, but tend not to use it for the reasons stated. I do use it in the winter some since there is so much sand and gravel on the roads. Actually hoping to find something more like the bumpers on an older (72?) Vette. I wonder if there are any retro fits of bumpers off older Vettes... but then that would require some more glass work... Arrrgggghh
