Heard through the grapevine...

Slower than a Supernatural, period.

...do you suppose the *goodbye wave* after upshifting was over the top??

...this thread is not to imply any illegal, immoral or inappropriate behaviors other than the introduction of a "Powerfully Engineered Automobile" to a 'lil 'ol M3 ;) Original poster does not necessarily have anything to do with this non-event that may or may not have happened. Any coincidences with living, dead, fictional or real people or property is merely a coincidence and should be taken as just that. The fact that the M3 could move after it's spanking is a feat in itself as it is hard to walk with a tail between the legs. All limits were observed and would have been honored if something other than general travel happened. please drive responsibly within all legal limits, fasten seatbelts and don't change radio stations while driving...

Well I guess it's okay since it is Sunday. No better day to "show him the light";LOL.

Since we're on the topic, this is not *quite* as much of an accomplishment, but personally fulfilling...

About this time last year, I was considering buying a "fast car". My roommate worked for Nissan at the time and told me about an exciting comeback of the "Z" car. I was easily convinced that this car would turn heads and blow peoples doors off, as it was tested to be faster than the Porche Boxter S. So, I ordered one. I had about $34,000 in it at the bottom line and I was convinced it was worth even more. Then I learned about another car called a "Callaway". I did a little digging and found one for sale that had more HP, a larger displacement, and faster numbers than that Nissan, and I could get it a heck of alot cheaper. So, I quickly cancelled my order for the Nissan and bought the Callaway.

Now, to the point...

The other night I had a dream that I got to finally make it official that I had made the right choice in looking for a "fast car". One of these Nissans pulled up next to me, and, no fault to the driver, he probably was as convinced as I once had been that he was behind the wheel of a real fast car. Anyway, in this dream, I spanked him. :Buttslap Bad. And when I woke up from the dream it seemed so real... and I was driving... and there was a Nissan 350Z in my rearview mirror... getting smaller...

Let your dream be reality. One of my employees just purchased a Datsun, opps, excuse me, a Nissan "Z" and was telling me about the new engine technology, blah, blah, blah. I happened to drive my SuperNatural to work one day and one thing led to another and we both went for a little drive. All I can say is the "Z" is sure a cute little car for all that money.

Yeah, isn't it though? And the thing is, it was supposed to be some big selling point that it was faster than the Boxter S for so much less money!

And, just to clarify, the dream was reality :upthumbs (I was just following suite from the previous post about the M3 to "assume no responsability" for the actions described) ;)

Silly Beemer owners, they don't call them Yupies from hell fer noth'in.
