out with the old,(75 vert L-48) in with the new,ZZ-383. 2 vacumm outlets . (1 in manifold, and 1 off the carb. )Im using a Air gap with a berry grant 650 cfm Vacumn sec. carb. ) theres a outlet on the back of the carb, ( possibly for the power brakes) , and theres an outlet in one of the intakeports for -Possibly- the headlights/interior heating/cooling ports?) now hoe do I decide how to connect the PCV valve and the fuel tank vent lines?????? where or can I put a T fitting in a vacumn line? ????
has anyone run into this problem?

Sorry Chuck-75 I've never worked on or owned a Berry carb. Someone I'm sure can help you on this one. I'd be left to only guessing

pcv to back of carb........power brakes to manifold I drilled and tapped the side of the manifold for the power brakes....since the outlet on the back runner is covered by the carb bowl......t off for your return lines....

heres my with no fuel return vent lines though

oops files to big to upload...Ill send it to you in email...

send me your email...

Ill explain what I did.....since Ive got a demon 650 with an air gap...and power brakes, headligths etc etc....

I had bought an item that screws into the manifold, which has 3 or 4 vacuum ports on it. I forgot the name of it, but if you do a search for it, you may find it.

The part is very useful if you have a Holley carb and you need clearance for the vacuum hookups.

thanks for all the repleys , sorry for the bad typo. :ugh I should know betterrrr , lol. but my Very Berrry grant carb (Im hoping should be fine for this engine) , (sorry to Barry, for the mistake).
save the wave. :w

My demon works jsut fine.....The part VMRod is talking about is made by McSpeed it is a low profile port which screws into the port in the rear runner of the manifold and is supposed to be low enough...unfortunately on the BGs its not...I have one new in the box that I cant use....unless you have a 3/8" carb spacer which creates hood clearance issues...I will email you my pics of my setup...
