I've been lurking around this site for quite some time and finally decided to register.

My wife and I bought our first Corvette (2000 Navy Blue Coupe) about a year ago. Since getting our Corvette (Blu Cah), we have met many other Corvette owners who share the same pleasures that we do.

Very nice! Coupes are fun and that's a great first 'vette. I'm from Indy too, well, 30 years ago. Consider joining us at the CAC special parking area at FunFest, Sept. 19-21, Effingham, IL. If you've never been, check out http://www.mamotorworks.com/funfest/funfest2008/main.html. Some of the details are not finished yet but this is the event of the year for many of us.

Went to FunFest last year for the first time and had a great time, unfortunately me and the Mrs. will be parking with our Corvette Club (Circle City Corvette Club) again this year. Already have hotel reservations for both nights. We will make it a point to drop by the CAC parking area.

Just got my c3 in september. Absolutely love it. I think my neighbors appreciate it as well accept when I warm her up from a cold start on sunday mornings! Ha,Ha...enjoy.
