I just bought a new front plastic bumper from corvette america. There is a lot of molding material left on it and it needs to be trimmed off. Has anyone else done this and is there a good way to do it? My razor blade leaves a nice clean cut but it is kind of hard to get through the plastic. Thanks for the help.

Ive never had that problem but the razor blade is the only way I would do it.Dont use a grinder, the heat from it just starts melting it.:beer

I finally got that bumper on. It took nearly 12 hours. It fits better than the one it replaced but it isn't right. The mounting holes were all off so I had to redrill and round out each one. It just barely fits over the reinforcements underneath it. It was a ROYAL PITA. I know I should have bought an original but this time the dollar signs one. Now I just hope the paint shop doesn't have the problems with it that I did.
