I posted these pics in the garage section but feel sure that not a lot of members ever go there so here is a rerun. Some how my attempt to turn the 3rd. bay of my garage into a real shop that I can actually work in got out of hand...in a big way. My better half is an interior decorator and this became her project with my labor. After acid washing my floor 3 times and allowing plenty of drying time I followed up with 4 coats of custom mixed concrete stain and 6 coats of high gloss sealer. All the paint is old school oil base since I wanted maximum gloss and this required days not hours of drying time between coats or stripes. Every time I open my garage door I feel like the time and work was worth it but at the time it was the project from hell.

Anything worth doing is worth doing right.

All of my storage, tools, compressor, etc are in the other (3rd.) bay of the garage. These two are just to keep my car dry, warm and toasty.
