Here it is, straight from the booth! I've waited five years for this moment!

Here's another view.

And another...

One more!
:s :Twist

nice. real nice.

What do you call this color?
(silver beige metallic?)

-Bill.

oh that is sweet... looks like a quality job, dechromed and everything.

Dont mind me asking how much?

Bill

It's just straight silver metallic. The quality of the photos does not quite do the colors justice. Once it's done I'll get some nice outdoor photographs.

Billybob--it's worth about five grand, including all the bodywork (flares etc.). I traded the painter a load of my stock parts though and got a good deal.

Very nice. I'm going to need a new paint job in a few years. Right now, the mechanical stuff is more important, and the paint isn't bad, unless you get too close. I'd call it a 20ft/30mph paintjob, in its current state...

Five grand seems a pretty good price - I asked a local guy for a quote, just to find out what I was looking at. He gave that same number, without any significant bodywork.

Holy crap Batman :eek
That is one awesome looking paint job !

Wow! And it looks fast just sitting still, even with all the paper and tape on it! :cool

69autoXr , Awesome paint combination. I love that color. Keep posting your progress.

Gary

Wow! That is a sweet looking paintjob, I look forward to seeing the rest! :D

Good choice on color scheme . Looks great !!

I cant wait for the day I see mine looking like that.

Did you do the fender flairs on the front and back or back only ??

That most definatly makes my pants tighter....looks very very nice man...good job.

Thanks everyone for the compliments, I've never had any compliments on my car until now!

Anyway, PaintDaddy asked about the holes in the exhaust panel. My exhaust tips exit through the body, similar to a midyear Sting Ray. The previous owner had a cheap side exhaust setup, and had the stock exhaust panel completely glassed over. I need to keep my car fairly quiet to meet a sound restriction at a local track, so I use Flowmasters.

Cmegga--flares all around.
